Zenith is a personal creative studio operated by Dishant Kumar, based in Greece ("Zenith", "we", "I", "us"). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, "GDPR"), Dishant Kumar acts as the data controller for personal data processed via this site.

This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.

Through the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name;
• Your email address;
• The service you are interested in; and
• The project details you choose to include in your message.

When you submit the form, our form-handling provider (Web3Forms) may additionally process basic technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent for the purpose of spam prevention and message delivery.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Personal data is used strictly to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project;
• Prepare quotes, deposit invoices, and project agreements if you decide to proceed; and
• Keep basic records of client work for tax and legal purposes.

We do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you voluntarily submit the contact form;
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to prospective client inquiries and to prevent abuse of the form;
• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — where you engage Zenith for paid work; and
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where retention is required by applicable Greek or EU law (e.g. tax and accounting records).

We rely on the following processors to operate this site:

• Web3Forms — receives your form submission and forwards it to our email inbox.
• Lovable — provides hosting for this website.
• Google (Gmail) — hosts the email inbox that receives your inquiries.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. No compliance certification of these third parties is implied by their inclusion here.

Contact form submissions are retained as follows:

• If you engage Zenith for a project, your data is kept for the duration of the project and for 1 year after project completion, then deleted (subject to any longer retention required by law, e.g. tax records).
• If no project follows, inquiries are deleted within 12 months of the last correspondence.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
• Request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
• Request erasure of your data (Art. 17);
• Request restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21); and
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα) — dpa.gr.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics that profile visitors. Strictly necessary technical storage may be used by the hosting platform to keep the site running.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet, however, is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
